Past Life Regression is a gentle form of hypnotherapy which takes you back through time to a previous life, or incarnation, which often holds the key to emotional, energetic and even physical occurrences that are happening in your current life. This is done through the accessing of memories and experiences that are normally hidden in your subconscious mind, bringing them to the conscious mind, where they are acknowledged and released.

You will receive 1 x 45 minute Past Life Regression session (can be undertaken either in person or via Zoom), together with either details notes of the session, or a recording of the session).
