Energy healing is a holistic treatment that focuses clearing and re-aligning the flow of vital life force (prana, chi) around your body, which in turn promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

In this 45 minute session, I will be utilising a combination of Usui Reiki, Seichim and Pellowah healing techniques depending on what I am guided would be the best for you.
