I didn’t get my Welcome Email
All Welcome Emails are set up to be sent automatically to you upon registration. If you have not received yours, please check your SPAM, JUNK, BIN folders as well as PROMOTIONS or SOCIAL folders if you are using a genetic email such as Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo. If you still have not received this email, you may need to re-register with another email address.
** Make sure that you “white list” my email address to ensure that my emails do not end up in any of these folders. See the Welcome Email as to how to do this or click here.
Do I need to install any specific software?
No. All the Awakening the Feminine Divine presentations will be accessible through the conference web pages and YouTube. If you have access to the internet on your mobile telephone, tablet, laptop or other device, you will have access to the conference presentations.
Where can I find details about all the presenters and when their presentations will be available?
You can do this simply by visiting the EVENT SCHEDULE page which will list what day each presentation will be made available. All presentations will be available free to viewing until the evening of Wednesday, 11 March 2026 (ACDT).
From this page you will also find a link to each individual speaker to learn more about them and their work, as well as accessing any gift that they are making available. Please note that some gifts are only available for a specific time.
I am not able to access the video presentations
Firstly, make sure that the presentation you want to watch is actually available. The presentations are staggered to appear over the three day event and will be made available from 9am ACDT from their individual speaker page. Please visit and book mark the EVENT SCHEDULE page for this information.
If you have checked all of the above, when refresh your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox etc). If this does not work, try copying and pasting the presentation link into another browser.
What does ACDT mean?
ACDT means Australian Central Daylight Time. This time zone is used because that is where I, your conference host, is located (in Adelaide, South Australia). This equates to:
Los Angeles / Pacific Time (USA - 2.30pm the evening before
Dallas / Central Time (USA) - 4.30pm the evening before
New York / Eastern Time (USA) - 5.30pm the evening before
London / Greenwich Mean Time - 10.30pm the evening before

I have missed a presentation. How can I watch it?
All presentations will be available for free access from the scheduled time of their release until the evening of Wednesday, 11 March 2026 (ACDT).
There is also the option to upgrade to Unlimited Lifetime Access where you get unlimited access to not only to your favourite presentation, but also access to all other presentations in both mp3 (audio) and mp4 (video) format that you can save into your own private library. If you upgrade, you also receive a number of bonus gifts, many of which have been made exclusive for this purchase.

How do I calculate Australian dollars into my local currency?
There are numerous free currency converter sites on the internet such as Xe Currency Converter that will enable you to do just that. Due to various fluctuations in the currency market, not to mention fees your banking institution may charge, please sure that you have suitable funds available when purchasing Life Time Access.
My Lifetime Access payment was cancelled. What does this mean?
If you do not have enough funds to cover the purchase at the time it is made, then it will be cancelled. Please check your credit card balance and resubmit your purchase. Further, if you do not have option for international payments available on your credit card, you may need to check with your bank. Alternatively, you may want to use Paypal.
Sometimes glitches in the matrix happen, so please reach out to me for further assistance.
I have contacted you however I have not received a response
I will endeavour to respond to all customer service queries within 24 hours. Keeping in mind time zone differences however, this may means there may be a delay of up to 48 hours before you hear from me. Please also ensure that you check your SPAM, BIN, RUBBISH, JUNK or other email folders.
Can I get a refund?
If you have signed up for Unlimited Lifetime Access and notice that there appears to have been an irregularity, please contact me immediately so that I can investigate. If an irregularity has occurred, I will then contact you and advise you of the pending refund.
PLEASE NOTE: All other refund requests will be considered on a case by case base. If you have been granted access to the Unlimited Lifetime Access portal, that is, an email has been sent providing you with the Access Code, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because in sending the Access Code to the email address you have registered for the summit with confirms that you have agreed to the payment being made and thus, you now have access to the Unlimited Lifetime Portal.

Your Event Host - Frances Billinghurst
